Major Update! Now Developing the First Resonance Tests for Our Sonosphere Volunteers

We are thrilled to announce that we have successfully begun our testing on the haptic sound system on the Sonosphere! We are currently developing our test for resonance- part of the experience we will be giving our volunteers who signed up as trial participants. We have already contacted our first 12 volunteers who will help us in determining the test we will give others. What are we testing? We are playing resonant frequencies in the range of 8-200hz. These are low frequency waves and are the basis for the Sonosphere's immersive cymatic experience. In the video below we are doing one of our first tests and have just achieved a harmonic resonance with all four banks of the haptic transducers.. [Sound ON- Hear the HUM of the Cymatic Sonosphere]

As we play these resonant frequencies and achieve harmonic standing waves, we are working on some fluctuations and detailed attenuations that will give a detailed full-body experience. We are finding that if we adjust the modulation of the waveform, the wave shape, the phase relationship between the 4 banks of transducers and other parameters, we can create very interesting sensations in the body, including pinpointing certain parts of the body- this is incredible! We will be looking to our volunteers (and ourselves) to test out each modulation and get feedback on how it feels and what the experience is like. We will take note of any side effects, and positive and negative reactions for various frequency combinations and various parameters.

Once we find several sets of harmonics with parameter adjustments that have a repeated history of feeling good, we can begin to dial in our customized experience. The Sonosphere rider will have a ceiling full of stars or video projection to go along with the body sensations and the layers of the ambisonic sound system will carry more melodic layers and messages as we lead you on a journey through time and space, and the inside dimensions of the human body.

For the upcoming tests, we ask that our volunteers sign a waiver as this is a full-on experiment that has never been done before and we are witnessing one of the greatest powers on Earth: Resonance. People with heart issues, epilepsy, claustrophobia, acrophobia, recently broken bones, or hypersensitivity may want to avoid trying the Sonosphere. We also don't know how it will affect pregnancy.

Please only volunteer if you are feeling 100% well and can lay on your back for up to 30 min on the acrylic surface (there are body pads as well). We will be calling our volunteers soon for testing dates this Summer. Keep an eye on your email if you have signed up for being a volunteer, and thank you very much for being a part of our legacy! For the final stretch of construction, we have only a few phases left to complete and have set up a GoFundMe account in order to raise funds for the final details that will allow us to open to the public! Thank you so much for considering donating to our project. This experience is going to be deeply enjoyed by thousands of people. DONATE HERE, and HELP US FINISH!---->
