60 min Sonosphere session including vibroacoustic therapy [VAT] & ambisonic sound bath PLUS 15 minutes Crystal Tuning Fork session with Louisa • This is a session for ONE PERSON • A 60 minute LIVE customized Sonosphere experience for deep relaxation that activates all of your body’s auditory processing pathways, sooths muscle pain and promotes theta and delta brainwave states. An evolving series of deep vibratory waves stimulate your vagus nerve and produce greater activity in the parasympathetic nervous system. Sustaining this state of entrainment using amplitude, timing, and phase shifting, our custom tuning sets the body into a state where healing and true rest can occur, improving circulation, movement of lymph and digestive system and nerve connections. Somatic release is common during this type of session About the Tuning Fork: Louisa has been working with a special tuning fork for over a decade- It is made from quartz crystal and is exceptionally rare and large in the Key of C, a low and soothing tone. Louisa will place the tuning fork on special points of contact on your head and chest for an other-worldly vibrational experience. The tuning fork session is done while laying on a massage table in the Sonosphere room. Comes with hot aromatherapy face cloth. • Please arrive for your session 15 MINUTES EARLY! • Upon booking your session, you will receive an email with a link to READ our waiver form and fill out our client questionnaire. Please sign our waiver electronically before your session. • Please wear comfortable loose clothing like leggings or loose pants/joggers. You will be asked to remove your shoes on the Sonosphere- socks or bare feet are welcome. • After the session ends, you will have 5 minutes to lie in silence, or take your time getting down while your awareness settles back in. TIME CONSIDERATIONS: Time spent on the Sonosphere goes quickly. Please come 15 min. early to your appointment, in order sign our waiver, get comfortable on the Sonosphere and use the rest room. We want to ensure you get the maximum time out of your session. Please be aware, if you are late, that will cut into your time. Our next session begins 15 min after yours ends, so please be aware of that. WARNING: Alcohol and the Sonosphere do not mix. Even if you are not actively drinking, the Sonosphere can cause an upset stomach in people who suffer from alcohol abuse.
